(Or grayware) refers to an unwanted software program (small or large) that can cause damage to a computer system. Most adware, malware, and spyware programs can be classified as grayware.
Mark’s team was asked to take charge of a series of live global enterprise systems for both 7×24 support and extensive new code developments. They came up to speed very quickly and were both responsive and helpful in all aspects that they became involved with. Significant steps were taken to improve these systems while Mark’s organization was involved and we have nothing but positive inputs to provide as to their service levels and final outputs.
